Brand Story

Rexhep Rexhepi started his apprenticeship at Patek Philippe at age 14, later working at BNB Concept and F.P. Journe. In 2012, at age 25, he established Akrivia. The brand rose to global prominence in 2018 when the Chronomètre Contemporain won the Men’s Watch Prize at the GPHG, cementing Rexhepi’s status as a modern master of the craft.

Design Language

Akrivia features two distinct lines: the contemporary, complex AK-series cases, and the classical Rexhep Rexhepi series. The dials are often grand feu enamel or hand-matte finished, featuring art deco-inspired layouts and perfectly symmetrical structures.

Movements & Manufacturing

Movements are designed and finished to an extraordinary standard. Every single component—including those hidden from view—is hand-chamfered, polished, and finished. Black polishing, anglage, and hand-grained bridge textures are executed to a level that rivals the finest historic watchmakers.

Notable Models

Chronomètre Contemporain is a highlight of their production line.

Why Enthusiasts Care

Rexhep Rexhepi represents the next generation of master watchmakers. With case construction overseen by legendary master case maker Jean-Pierre Hagmann and movements featuring jaw-dropping decoration, Akrivia represents the pinnacle of Geneva watchmaking today.
